Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel the difference in every step; if you are not completely satisfied with your STOX Energy Socks, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn socks in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside a secure mailing envelope or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and your refund once our warehouse inspects the return.
